Eligibility and company profile

Special entry requirements for  applicants from Asia and Middle East  seeking financial aid for further studies

Entry requirements may vary from country to country. An interested applicant must have appropriate level of English Language proficiency: and have appropriate academic qualifications recognized for standard entry based on comparison with United Kingdom "O" and "A" Level Examinations.

1. Complete and sign the General Application Forms.

2. Must provide certified copies of secondary and/or high school leaving certificate (testimonial ) translated into English.

3. Must provide certified copies of academic transcripts (records of your academic work) translated into English.

4. Must attach 4 recent coloured passport photos together with the General Application Schools

5. Applicant who do not have appropriate level of English Language proficiency recognized for standard entry based on comparison with United Kingdom ""O" and "A" Level examinations" may be required to take English Language qualification such as IELTS or TOEFL or SAT or ACT. The minimum score that is accepted for application consideration is TOEFL paper based 250. The TOEFL examination may be used for English placement. The SAT or ACT exam may be used for English and Math Placement.

6. Photocopy of personal data page of national passport or national ID Card.

7. Photocopy of BIRTH CERTIFICATE

8.Police report indicating that an applicant has no criminal record

Special entry requirements for applicants from countries outside Asia and Middle East seeking financial aid for further education in Asian and Middle Eastern countries

1. Must Complete and sign the General Application Forms

2. An applicant must provide certified copies of secondary and/or high school leaving certificate translated into English Language.

3. An applicant must provide certified copies of academic transcripts (records of your academic work) translated into English Language.

4. An applicant must attach 8 recent coloured passport photos together with the general application form specified above

5. Applicant who do not have appropriate level of English Language proficiency recognized for standard entry based on comparison with United Kingdom ""O" and "A" Level examinations" may be required to take English Language qualification such as IELTS or TOEFL or SAT or ACT. The minimum score that is accepted for application consideration is TOEFL paper based 250. The TOEFL examination may be used for English placement. Selection

OPEM will conduct interview after selection. The shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend interview. Those who have been selected after the interview will be recommended to PSLS for financial aid consideration.

Applicants recommended for financial aid to PSLS will be required to gain admission as a student in any university of his or her choice before final confirmation for financial is approved by PSLS. In some cases, OPEM will help in securing admission in any institution for a student.

OPEM Financial Aid Programmes

Financial aid is offered on annual renewable basis and is tenable for a period of up to 3 years, subject to continued outstanding academic performance.

The OPEM financial aid programmes is provided by Pennywise Savings and Loans Syndicate (PSLS) and consists of the following packages indicated below.
